Make an appointment

For a first session, a free preliminary consultation is always necessary to clearify conditions and settings. We could speak via phone, Zoom call or in my meeting room. It will take about 30 minutes approximately.

Please let me know time slots when you are easily reachable. I will call you back as soon as possible so that we can perhaps speak today or tomorrow.

What happens next?
In our first appointment you can get to know me and my session room. If you feel good, we will speak about the next steps for your therapy.

We usually arrange follow-up appointments directly after a session. In the beginning, appointments every 1-2 weeks are ideal to get processes going. Later, sessions at longer intervals are also possible …
