Sometimes in life, we find ourselves in a crisis that we can no longer manage on our own. Perhaps this phase of life feels like a dead end—marked by dissatisfaction, inner emptiness, or constant conflict. Problems at work or a deep sense of uncertainty can also be such moments.
The first step is often admitting that we need support. This can be uncomfortable, but it opens doors: within us, new strength arises, along with a willingness to make changes.
Sometimes, a difficult life situation shows us that it is time to let go of old habits and ideas—about ourselves and others. This path of change can be challenging.
That is why I work with mindfulness, support, and a focus on your strengths. It is important to me that you can walk your own path with self-determination. For example, in our conversations, you decide what to talk about and at what pace. This ensures that you always have enough security and strength for the process.
Possible topics for psychotherapy include:
- Work, stress, bullying
- Relationships, family
- Anxiety, panic
- Guilt, shame
- Grief, loss
- Inner emptiness, fog
- Loneliness
- Powerlessness
- Criticism, self-rejection
- Other acute or recurring life crises
In psychotherapy, we receive support to walk our own path—wherever we currently stand. We can learn to use our inner strengths, find new solutions, and feel connected to ourselves and others.
I would be happy to support you personally.

Optional: Therapeutic Walks
Since the COVID pandemic, I have had positive experiences with psychotherapeutic walks: they offer a unique form of therapy, as our conversations take place outdoors in nature rather than in a practice room. Moving in fresh air can make thinking and speaking easier and help release emotional blockages. > More
